Refund Policy

At DG10 Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary.

Same-Day Refund Policy: We offer a full refund if requested on the same day of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] before 11:59 PM on the day of your purchase.

Process:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your full name and the course you purchased
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

Please note that refunds are not available after the day of purchase. We encourage you to carefully review our course descriptions before making a purchase.

Exceptions: In cases of technical issues or errors on our part that prevent access to the course, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis outside of the same-day policy.

Exclusive discounts are available for the first 100 students.

Including Certificate of Completion
